Indeed, it is working as it should be, at least for me, and on the current system that I am using.
HOWEVER... I need to test it on the i386 platform to ensure that it is not happening there, either. I am currently using an AMD64 system. There should be no change in behavior between the two platforms, but just in case, I will let you know sometime in the next 24 hours on that.
