It does not seem to be fixed, at least on my two x86_64 Oneiric
installs.  I can choose PIN Options Fixed Pin '0000', OR enter a custom
pin, and it ONLY works ***IF*** you chose the "PIN options" FIRST, THEN
select the device, otherwise, if the device is selected first, it will
never work, at least on my two installs of Oneiric.

This can be reproduced every time on my systems.
