It does not seem to be fixed, at least on my two x86_64 Oneiric installs. I can choose PIN Options Fixed Pin '0000', OR enter a custom pin, and it ONLY works ***IF*** you chose the "PIN options" FIRST, THEN select the device, otherwise, if the device is selected first, it will never work, at least on my two installs of Oneiric.
