I don't really understand where it comes from, i have just written a (really dirty) workaround : i have modified /usr/share/acpi- support/statefuncs, function toggleAllWirelessStates() to unload/load ath9k module before turning on wireless card. I still don"t understand while it was working perfectly with 11.04 and not anymore with 11.10.
