Confirmed. All of a sudden, I can not run any applications (Application Search) or any command (with Alt+F2) !! My ubuntu is completely unusable ! This is a major bug. All I can do is run Chrome since it is my default Broser (it shows in "Broawse the web"). Same for ThunderBird. Every other application is unreachable...
