The kernel is being respinned to revert the patch which failed
verification in bug 854399, and a new tracking bug has been created.
About the regression, we found out by the reports that it is unlikely to
be a kernel problem, and is still under investigation, but we are going
to continue the update and will do another release in case that really
the kernel has an issue.
