Hi! kernel 3.0.8-03008 from http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel- ppa/mainline/v3.0.8-oneiric/ also gives a panic after about half an hour.
Currently testing 3.1.0-030100. With both kernels I get an "Ooops" at boot due to VirtualBox driver.
