Yes, apparently 1.4.6-1ubuntu1 dropped all the "reassign files to different packages" patch. However, we have another open bug exactly for that issue, bug #42024. So let's discuss there. This bug is intended to discuss the consequence of reassigning files, or specifically, the dependency of libscim-dev.
