Yes, I have:

$ apt-cache policy cryptsetup
cryptsetup:

        500 http://nl.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ oneiric/main amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

Although I don't think I use it at the moment as I don't have any encryption
enabled on my hard disks.
