Binary package hint: python-psycopg-dbg

I have installed the python2.5-dbg package and many of the associated
"*-dbg" packages including python-psycopg-dbg.  When trying to import
pscyopg an error about undefined symbol Py_InitModule4 is produced.

This failure occurs on Feisty.
