I have the same problem. I understand JUnit 4 support is disabled in the Edgy packages, but the fact that none of the obvious workarounds seem to work (see http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=343029) means this is a serious problem. You should not have to manually install all of eclipse just for JUnit 4 support.
