I have compared your ppdlist.txt with mine and also done some tests with system-config-printer and I get always the PCL driver.
Can you do the following: 1. Run system-config-printer --debug 2>&1 | tee logfile.txt create a queue for your printer with automatic selection of the driver and attach logfile.txt. 2.
