If someone posts a question about these problems, they might get solved. (Bugs can be reported against Launchpad itself as well, but it is often a good idea to post a question first; questions tend to get answered rapidly and, for this kind of question, by Canonical employees charged with maintaining, supporting, and developing Launchpad.)
