A few minutes after starting guvcview, or Google video chat, or a hangout, or
... anything else that uses video,
the video freezes.
dmesg says:[85385.589160] uvcvideo: Failed to resubmit video URB (-27).
[85385.589176] uvcvideo: Failed to resubmit video URB (-27).
[85385.589186] uvcvideo: Failed to resubmit video URB (-27).
[85385.589197] uvcvideo: Failed to resubmit video URB (-27).

Stopping whatever the application was and restarting it restarts the video.
I didn't have this problem in Natty on the same hardware. The freezes are
sporadic;
sometimes, it'll be fine for 10 minutes, sometimes it'll freeze seconds after
the application
starts.
Freezes happen much more quickly with networked applications (<5 minutes with
video chat), though I've seen them a few
times with guvcvideo as well.
