Public bug reported:
Unity's search dialog replaces the run dialog in form, but not function.
It can be used to start programs, but results may differ from those
expected.
To duplicate this bug:
1. Hit Alt-F2 and type the name of an application you want to start. Wait
several seconds until the correct result is found. Hit enter.
2. Hit Alt-F2 again, and type the name of a different application and hit enter
immediately.
Result:
Without time for the search to complete, the desired application will not be
selected, and the application selected in step 1 will launch instead.
