I can confirm this bug. I use: Totem 2.18.1 using xine-lib 1.1.4 Gnome: 2.18.1 Video card: ATI Radeon 7500, using "ati" driver Ubuntu Feisty, up-to-date This problem does not seem to affect VLC or MPlayer. Many thanks for you attention, Mike
