Public bug reported: In Oneiric, it seems that gnome-keyboard-properties is not included in gnome-control-center, so clicking "Keyboard Layout" results in a segfault. There is no /usr/bin/gnome-keyboard-properties. I upgraded from Natty, which might have had this software; I can't recall. In fact, other things are missing from gnome-control-center; it complains about a lot of missing icons (including the one for "Keyboard Layout".
