Ok.  I'm not as familiar with the kernel SRU procedures as other areas,
and given the history it sounds like the config change is ok.

Even though it's a universe package the zcache stuff still seems too
risky for a stable update.  I'll wave this through (without the zcache
bits) once the revised upload fixing sound after resume is available.
I'll reject the current upload, so you'll be able to use the same
version number as the current SRU.
