As requested my .xsession-errors and the output of the icon-theme: testaccount@ph-l029:~$ gsettings get org.gnome.desktop.interface icon-theme 'gnome'
To be able to work I made my old home-dir the home-dir of my new account (which I created to see if a new account had all the icons). I've not tried the workaround, since then the bug will probably be fixed and I won't be able to check for any problems (my home directory is a bit too big, so I can't just copy it either). ** Attachment added: ".xsession-errors" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/indicator-session/+bug/873600/+attachment/2556942/+files/.xsession-errors -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/873600 Title: missing shutdown button/icon after upgrade to 11.10 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/indicator-session/+bug/873600/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
