apport information

** Description changed:

- It's happened in both Unity and Gnome Shell. I use a Dell Inspiron
- 1545. In 11.04, I was able to safely remove a removable USB hard drive
- without unmounting it first. In 11.10, though, it causes a kernel
- panic. It says that the device is no longer synced or something to that
- effect.
