Public bug reported:

The Output window defaults to full screen in Unity, but the top of the
window (containing the group controls) is inaccessible. If the Output
window is unmaximised, the bottom of the window is inaccessible (without
Alt+Click+Drag) as the window doesn't have scroll bars.

Suggested solutions:
1) Redesign output window to suit full-screen layout without needing scroll bars
2) Add scroll bars to output window when maximised or unmaximised.
