When I upgraded to Ubuntu 11.10 this weekend, I noticed that the new
Thunderbird is lacking a feature I consider crucial for an email client:
When hovering the mouse cursor over a link inside a RSS feed or email,
the status bar doesn't show the actual URL the link points to. This
feature worked fine in previous Thunderbird versions, now it's gone.
Is this intended behavior, and if yes, why was this feature removed?
Acreenshot of the URL _not_ showing in the status bar is attached, the
spot marked in red is where the URL was supposed to be printed.
