It's strange because I don't experience any issues with the Netbook, when running 11.04. I've had to downgrade back onto 11.04 in order to continue using my Netbook. I may upgrade to 12.04 when that comes out, or even hold out until 11.04 is officially not supported.
The kernal panic itself happens randomly.
