Theres a howto here https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LaptopTestingTeam/Lenovo3000C200_89224MG that should get your sound working. (scroll down to notes) Its a different model to yours but the same card I believe.
I've also made a script and pre-patched the necessary file if your not into the command line yet. This can be downloaded here http://rapidshare.com/files/31068197/alsa- patched.tar.bz2.html It contains all the necessary Alsa files patched. Double click the .bz2 and uncompress the folder. Browse to the newly created folder 'alsa-patched' Double click the file named 'install_alsapatch.sh' and choose 'run in terminal' The script will run in a terminal and after a few minutes you should have working sound. You may need to turn the volume up after it has been installed. Get in touch if you need further help. -- no sound with lenovo 3000 n100 0768FEG https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/107821 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
