Public bug reported: Binary package hint: bash
When I use TAB to autocomplete a directory called 'foo', I get 'foo/' When I use TAB to autocomplete a link to directory called 'foo', I get 'foo' on the first press of tab, then the trailing slash on the second. When I use TAB to autocomplete a link directory called 'foo bar' with a space, I get 'foo\ bar' and no trailing slash. Pressing TAB again does nothing. ** Affects: bash (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: Unconfirmed -- shell autocomplete for a directory link with escaped characters doesn't give the trailing slash https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/114402 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
