Same story here on oneirc 64bit with intel graphics. Most of the time the indicator menus work as intended on the primary screen, and the bug occurs on the secondary. But, in rare cases I had the bug also on the primary screen.
Even worse when I try to open the menu using the keyboard (F10), sometimes the keyboard and mouse gets almost functionless. You can no longer enter Text, nor click with the mouse. Only the ALT-PRINT-K helps.
