*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 858122 *** https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/858122
As far as I know, and what I've looked at, this isn't a bug I've experienced before when I was using 11.4, but shutting down properly was a completely separate issue. The shutting down issue never stopped me from booting up, but this new 11.10 upgrade was a bad idea. I should have waited till we knew it was a stable release, before clicking yes to upgrade. I'm kicking myself for upgrading so soon now. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/811441 Title: Unable to connect to the system bus: Failed to connect to socket /var/run/dbus/system_bus_socket: Connection refused (oneiric) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/dbus/+bug/811441/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
