Public bug reported:

capifs was removed on 2011-04-06 from the linux kernel.
capiutils now doesn't start anymore and doesn't initialize isdn hardware.

I removed mounting of capiutils script - it still complains somewhere
about missing capifs, but capi applications now do start working.
