This bug also effects the geany editor when saving over cifs. 1. Open a file and modify it 2. Save it 3. Modify it some more 4. Save 5. BAM! File has been modified dialog. Usually the time difference between local and remote is 1 second.
My cifs server is Ubuntu 10.04 and my client machine is 10.10. Anyone know of a workaround?
