Still no progress? Upgraded to 11.10 development with kernel 3.0.0-12 and I get a _lot_ of errors logged at boot:
READ CAPACITY failed Result: hostbyte=DID_BAD_TARGET driverbyte=DRIVER_OK Sense not available Truncating mode parameter data from 28273 to 512 bytes Got wrong page Assuming drive cache: write through Mostly no disks are found, but some times after a reboot one or more disks are found. Reverted back to 2.6.38-8 and all disks a found and my arrays are up and running again. Should I report this as a new bug for 11.10? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/810400 Title: Disks not recognized after upgrading to 2.6.38-10 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/810400/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
