I have read and considered in more detail, and since the answer was not
definitive, I will mark bug 784519 back to Incomplete instead,
resubscribe Pedro Villavicencio, and ask what if any additional
information would be required for a developer to begin work on the bug.
I will still mark this as a duplicate of that bug, which is appropriate.
(There was really no reason to create a new bug report. A bug's status
can always be changed back from Expired if more information can be
provided to work on the bug.)
