I've solved my problem. 
The problem I had was that hibrenation never resume, and finally discover that 
what was missing was an "resume" entry in grub2 configuration.
I think it has something to do with partition numbers, which in my case have 
changed, and grub didn't include the swap partition as a resume parameter in 
the kernel option.

By default grub2 in debian will not add 'resume=/dev/swap-partition' option
