Hi Pratik, thanks for your bug report. Things seem to be working fine
here; can you be more specific about what steps you take in order to
reproduce the problem?
I do:
1) Click on an icon in the launcher
2) Wait a couple of seconds, till the icon get displaced
3) Move the mouse cursor to drag the icon to the desired position
4) Release the button.
