** Description changed: Ubuntu 11.10 Play/Pause and skip back/skip forward buttons are being detected - cancel icon is popping up when I press them, but they have no effect on banshee or clementine. Expected result: Pressing the play/pause button will pause media. Pressing the skip back/skip forward buttons will skip back and forwards. Given result: Pressing the play/pause button causes a cancel icon to appear, but has no effect on media playback. Pressing the skip back/skip forward buttons causes a cancel icon to appear, but has no effect on media playback - Volume keys working as expected, + Volume keys working as expected. + + Edit: With Banshee open, media keys work for both Banshee and + Clementine. When Banshee is closed, Clementine does not respond to + media keys. Media keys work fine with media player.
