Okay, I'm having to change my comments :( This is not fixed :( It seemed to work briefly yesterday but after a reboot it does not work unless I have disabled "Legacy Fullscreen Support" in CCSM.
Added a new screenshot showing no decorations on the compose window and it taking up the full screen.
