Public bug reported:

This version is no longer a working version - it is the same situation
in 11.04. A working version is available. Why is it still in packages
for an LTS (10.04) & why can't it be updated in a non-LTS (11.04)?
Research shows this to be a known fact in 10.04 and the comments/reviews
in 11.04 software centre is full of "does not work" comments.

Known fails like this need removing from an LTS releasae & need
updating in a non_LTS releaase.
