Public bug reported: I have 3 monitors, and I've been trying to set them up side-by-side using the Displays tool. They're all mirrored by default.
After dragging around the rectangles and clicking Apply, I get this error: "required virtual size does not fit available size: requested=(6400, 1440), minimum=(320, 200), maximum=(2560, 2560)" I'm wondering if it's a driver limitation, or a small glitch that can be fixed. I tried setting up my multi-monitor environment using the ATI/AMD craptastic tool, but it crashes on Oneiric (used to work on Natty). In fact, on Natty, I used the AMD tool (amdcccle) to set up a rough approximation of what I wanted, and then I used Displays to arrange the screens nicely, because the UI has snap-to-edge and snap-to-center. The fact that this worked makes me hope it'd be possible to have Displays set up my monitors without the help of amdcccle.
