I am also seeing this problem on an IBM ThinkCentre. I am using "Ubuntu Classic" as Unity was not supported. I just completed a fresh 11.04 install and updated and thought I had the problem fixed, but it is very random. It seems to be somewhat reproducible with browser use, but I have seen the problem with both chromium and firefox browsers. The frequency is every hour to once a week without a clear pattern.
My graphics card: nVidia Corporation NV18 [GeForce4 MX 440 AGP 8x] (rev c1) with the experimental 3D support driver from NVIDIA. I will see if I can post some logs. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/775060 Title: Random GUI "freezes" in Natty (can only move the cursor) (might be a segfault) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/compiz/+bug/775060/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
