for the wireless issue the problem ist likely to be related to the fact that both, the acer-wmi module, and the wireless driver wl (the staging drivers work better, but have other, more annoying issues e.g. lockups) provide a rfkill switch. that and the hardware switch work against each other. a workaround is to remove the acer-wmi module and insert it again. although this doesn't bring the bluetooth to work. i don't have a 3g module.
