Thanks for your reply! 1-2.) Happens on a live cd too, just open a folder with more than a few files. (Just found out that sometimes the problem doesn't come right up with folders containing only a few items.) 3.) Bugged in every view mode, but only the file list. The sidebar works fine.
I'm using unity, but I also checked in gnome shell and gnome classic with no effects. Tried on my notebook, on my PC and I also checked it in a virtual machine few minutes ago.
