Hi Marc, Do you have any way to verify this is not a hardware problem? I check with oem-config and looks like the oem image shipped with maverick stock kernel and everything works fine. Check with the ath9k bug reports on launchpad, there are some reports says on natty the connection is not stable, but no one says its not usable at all.
