Melbourne can be selected from the timezone selection, Canberra not. The
ubiquity installer uses the gnome time-admin command that relies on the
information in the tzdata package. The timezone information is taken
from http://www.twinsun.com/tz/tz-link.htm.
I suspect the odd towns are included because of anomalies in their
timezone that make them special.
