One more - I can access window menu by right clicking the window title bar and it doesn't crash my WM. So the problem is not with the menu itself. For now I've just disabled menu item from my title bar (no accidentally clicks) by changing /apps/metacity/general/button_layout key (in gconf-editor) from menu:minimize,maximize,close to :minimize,maximize,close
