Public bug reported:

I'm using an updated Ubuntu 11.10 beta 2.

I don't know exactly when this issue appeared. First I fought this was an issue
with Firefox.
Actually, when I'm connected with my Realtek ethernet card (with a r8169
driver), I am disconnected and reconnected very often (web pages suddenly don't
load anymore, Dropbox icon becomes gray, and sometimes it's difficult to
download some updates).

When I turn off my ethernet card and connect with my wireless card,
everything works fine.
