When trying to use apport-collect I´m getting some error messages.
What´s wrong? I´m using Ubuntu Server 10.04.3 LTS 32 bit.
username@server:/$ apport-collect 618542
Error connecting to Launchpad: [Errno 1] Operation not permitted:
'/home/username/.launchpadlib'
You can reset the credentials by removing the file
"/home/username/.cache/apport/launchpad.credentials"
username@server:~/.cache/apport$ sudo ls -l
insgesamt 0
username@server:~/.cache/apport$ sudo apport-collect 618542
Error connecting to Launchpad: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'makefile'
You can reset the credentials by removing the file
"/home/username/.cache/apport/launchpad.credentials"
username@server:~/.cache/apport$
