Binary package hint: liferea
Seems that liferea doesnt run when it dont find the
localized opml in: /usr/share/liferea/opml/
sudo cp /usr/share/liferea/opml/feedlist.opml
/usr/share/liferea/opml/feedlist_ptBR.opml
solved the problem.
