** Description changed: With emacs23, activating ecb causes problems whenever a frame needs to - be split twice instead of once when show-buffer is called (e.g. to show - help or completions). That is, instead of ending up with two side-by- - side buffers, I end up with the frame split vertically, then the top - half split horizontally, with the new buffer shown in both the top-right - and bottom splits.
