Yes, this should be fixed in natty now, with -wacom 0.11.0. The patch that fixes it is a rather involved rewrite of rotation handling and perhaps too risky for an SRU, but I've put a backport of the 0.11.0 wacom from oneiric into natty for you to more easily obtain the fix:
