I have these same problems: first in LinuxMint 11 Katya, then I installed LMDE (LinuxMint Debian based) in the latest version and now I installed Ubuntu 11.04 I also have it. I know Katya is the same as 11.04 but LMDE is not Ubuntu based so I think the problem is from somewhere else. I use kernel "2.6.38-8-generic". Please fix this since fast. Thank you.
