I'd like to dig in to the code for this a bit. I've worked with the kernel a bit in the past, but I don't know where to start on this one. Can anyone point me to the source file(s) for the bottom-layer device driver that is supposed to control the screen brightness on the more- recent Toshiba laptops?
(Once I get oriented, I should be able to figure out the rest from there. Or not. But if I do figure it out, I'll send a patch.) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/832483 Title: Toshiba R835-P56X - screen brightness control does not work after suspend/resume To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/832483/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
