The proprietary google-talkplugin package also became uninstallable on
amd64.

Perhaps we should leave behind a lib32v4l-0 dummy package for
compatibility? Making it Architecture: i386 and Multi-Arch: foreign
will ensure that amd64 packages can use it to pull in libv4l-0:i386.

Package: lib32v4l-0
Architecture: i386
Multi-Arch: foreign
Depends: libv4l-0
Description: Transitional package for libv4l-0:i386
This is a transitional package to ease upgrades to the libv4l-0:i386
package. It can be safely removed.
